Wild Rice Hot Dish

Yield:  8 servings

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Using 3 cups of water, cook rice, with bouillon cube, according to directions on package. 

  2. Sauté onion and cooked rice in butter.  Add remaining ingredients and mix.  Put into a 2 qt greased casserole.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
