Ingredients
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, un-drained
1 c. mini-marshmallows
½ c. chopped pecans
1 ½ c. thawed Cool Whip
Directions
Mix pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows, and pecans in a large bowl until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
