Watergate Salad

Yield:  8 servings

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding

• 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, un-drained

• 1 c. mini-marshmallows

• ½ c. chopped pecans

• 1 ½ c. thawed Cool Whip

Directions:

1. Mix pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows, and pecans in a large bowl until well blended. 

2. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.  Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
