Turkey Noodle Hot Dish with Panko Crust

Yield:  4-6 servings



  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a small sauce pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and combine the Panko bread crumbs.  Set aside. 

  4. In a 1 quart casserole or baking dish, combine the mayonnaise and the Cream of Mushroom soup.  Add the milk and dill weed, stirring well.  

  5. Add the cheese and turkey.  Mix until combined.  Stir in the cooked noodles. 

  6. Spread the buttered Panko bread crumbs on top of casserole. 

  7. Cover the casserole and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees (should be hot and bubbly).  

  8. Uncover and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
