Linda's Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 – 2 Cloves garlic roasted (optional)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
10 oz. Spinach thawed and drained
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
14 oz Artichoke Hearts chopped
4 oz. Cream Cheese at room temperature
10 oz. Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
To roast garlic, place the cloves with skin on a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes. When cool, squeeze softened garlic out of the skins.
Heat the alfredo sauce and cream cheese in a pan on medium heat until blended.
Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a oven proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
If you wish, you can add additional cheese on top for the last 5 minutes.
Serve with corn chips or crackers
