Linda's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Directions:

  1. To roast garlic, place the cloves with skin on a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 30 minutes.  When cool, squeeze softened garlic out of the skins.

  2. Heat the alfredo sauce and cream cheese in a pan on medium heat until blended.

  3. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. 

  4. Pour into a oven proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 

  5. If you wish, you can add additional cheese on top for the last 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with corn chips or crackers
